Join us online as we dive into the realms of consciousness, exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Embarking on a journey to nourish our mental and emotional wellness by discovering your medicine tools with a shamanic drum journey. The intention of this journey is to activate your spider medicine. The act of weaving is a metaphor for the creation and transformation, reflecting the eternal cycles of birth, death and rebirth. Your life is a web, every choice makes a connection. What are you weaving in your web of life, what patterns are being called to be healed?
We will start with a grounding meditation, go into the drum journey and end with time for participants to share and process their experience. As I strive to create a trauma informed space, cameras on are not required nor is sharing. If you would like to process your experience privately, email me so we can arrange a short session.
