Join us online as we dive into the realms of consciousness, exploring the connection between mind, body, and spirit into the depths of our inner child. We will reconnect with the essence of sacred play, the soul's natural expression of creativity, curiosity, and wonder. Releasing beliefs and patterns that have diminished the capacity for joy, and cultivate a deeper relationship with our authentic self.
We will start with a grounding meditation, go into the drum journey and end with time for participants to share and process their experience. As I strive to create a trauma informed space, cameras on are not required nor is sharing. If you would like to process your experience privately, email me so we can arrange a short session.

Embarking on a journey to nourish our mental and emotional wellness by discovering your medicine tools with a shamanic drum journey. The intention of this journey is to activate your spider medicine. The act of weaving is a metaphor for the creation and transformation, reflecting the eternal cycles of birth, death and rebirth. Your life is a web, every choice makes a connection. What are you weaving in your web of life, what patterns are being called to be healed?
